Join us for a lecture by Dr Marian Montgomery: Feedsacks. What We Have Learned: Feed Sacks have been an integral part of American quilting since the late 19th century when frugal women bleached the white cotton sacks to use as quilt backings. Join us for a lecture by Nancy Brown: My Animal Quilts. Nancy has been making applique quilts for over 30 years featuring a variety of animals from anteaters to zebras (with a lot of dogs and cats in between).
