Our Guild’s Progress in the Quilt Index Project – 2026

3. Need a full front photo and a closeup. (Crop to clean the image & save). Photo may be cellphone or other. The cellphone will save it as a jpg already. I can help you edit the image on your cellphone. To be sent by attachment with your submission email
4. You’ll need that quilt’s measurements, colors, fabric, borders, binding and whether machine pieced and or handquilted to fill out the submission form. Follow the questions.
5. You may skip questions you don’t want posted online. For instance, your birthdate, enter only birth year rather than your full date of birth.
5. The Quilt Index Coordinator will assign you an ID code for your other quilts.
