With just scissors and a glue stick, create a scene of personal or fanciful imagery. From large-scale printed fabrics, snip and glue pictures and shapes into a surreal (or floral) collage over a patchwork-looking background. To secure your imagery permanently, cover your design with transparent tulle and choose from several different top-stitching options.

Bring a small sharp scissors, any favorite picture fabrics you may have, your sewing machine and a playful attitude. A $5 supply fee is payable to instructor Joy-Lily for batting, backing, tulle and special fabrics. Suitable for beginning or experienced (or no experience) quilters. Workshop fee of $40 payable on registration at any monthly guild meeting.
