San Francisco Quilters Guild members will have free access to two days of Zoom demonstrations by 18 quilt teachers, featuring a wide variety of techniques and styles, from traditional to modern to art quilting. Organized by the Global Quilt Connection, the All Star Virtual Sampler Platter takes place from noon–3 p.m. (Pacific) on Saturday May 22nd and Sunday May 23rd. Come when you can, stay as long as you like!
For details about this two-day event, including a list of teachers and the topics of their presentations, download this PDF.
There’s no cost to SFQG members, and no sign-up is necessary; the guild has paid for free access by its membership. A Zoom link is now on the Members Only page and is good for both days of the event.
Please Note: There is a limit on how many people are able to enter the Zoom room at any given time. If the room is full, you will be automatically re-directed to YouTube, where you can watch the event live. In many cases the YouTube live-stream is more stable than Zoom, so please don’t be disappointed if you don’t get into the Zoom room itself.
