Use up scraps … have some fun … raise some money for the guild by making fabric postcards.The SFQG presents a biennial quilt show (in odd years) showcasing more than 300 quilts by members plus special exhibits, two featured artists and vendors.QuiltAway is a biennial retreat (held in even years) featuring workshops, open-studio time, Community Outreach projects and lots of time for Guild members to get to know each other better.Numbering in the hundreds, quiltlets are the guild’s growing collection of  9-inch squares, created by members and exhibited at our biennial quilt show. Secret Pals are guild members who enjoy gift-giving as a way of getting to know other members. Kind of like Secret Santa, but year-round. Sewcials are occasional workshops featuring stellar teachers both from within our own guild and beyond … sometimes as far away as Switzerland!Sewing Circles are groups of guild members who pursue shared interests by meeting regularly, sewing together, critiquing one another’s work, visiting galleries, going on shop hops, making charity quilts, and more.A much-loved part of monthly meetings, Show & Tell is when members show their projects, talk about their work … and enjoy the applause.
