Welcome to the San Francisco Quilters Guild

The San Francisco Quilters Guild has embraced new forms of community while our usual in-person activities are on hold during the pandemic. Please stay safe—and stay connected with your fellow quilters—through these guild initiatives:

    • QUILT 2023 is a Wrap!
  • The San Francisco Quilters Guild 2023 Quilt Show may be over, but you can still oder goodies from our Shopify Store. Visit our Ribbon Winners page to take a look at a few of the winning quilts and see the list of everything that got a ribbon this year.
    • Kudos, Barb Strick!
  • The San Francisco Quilters Guild extends its heartfelt congratulations to longtime member Barb Strick for having her quilt, Bullseye, named Best in Show at QuiltCon 2023. See the show awards here.
    • Our Next Meeting:

Our Tuesday April 18th meeting features Pattie Klimek, talking about Century of Progress Quilt Contest, a Depression Era Mystery. Details here.

    • Our Next Workshop:

Our Saturday May 6th workshop features Joe Cunningham, teaching Creative Design in person! Member registration here. Non-member sign-up opens April 6th. Details here.

Curbside Outreach takes place on the first and third Saturdays of each month (unless a stay-at-home order is reimposed). See dates via the Calendar tab, and click here for more info. Plus, check our Community Outreach Page for four patterns you can use to make lap quilts for our 1064 Mission Street project.

Now open on the first and third Saturdays of the month, 11 a.m.–2 p.m., in Dottie McHugh’s home. There may be exceptions, so please check the Event Calendar. More details here.
