DVD Pre Sales: Preserved for years to come on our special DVD available on the Show’s first day Saturday March 9th 2013. The DVD will have photos of all quilts permitted for photographing with information about each quilt and the artist. And a new feature, a separate album of all photos in a format ready to be emailed or printed from your computer.
     The price remains the same as last show. $12.00 each.

Opportunity Quilt: Catherine Sherman, chairperson is looking for venues to display our opportunity quilts for ticket sales. Email catherinesherman@comcast.net or click here with your suggestions for Catherine.

Challenge Quilt: Tish Chung is coordinating the challenge quilt for the upcoming quilt show. The theme is CHOCOLATE. The quilt size is 20” x 20”. Click here for printable details.

ATTENTION all 30th Anniversary Fabric Challenge Participants!! There will be a SPECIAL EXHIBIT of all challenge items made for our 30th Anniversary event. Remember how varied and cool they were? We will feature the Challenge items in their own special area in the mezzanine. We would like to show as many as possible of these wonderful items so sign-up at the show table at meetings. There will be no entry fee for these pieces. Please enter these along with your chocolate challenge quilts, completing entry forms for these items so they have a number and can be tracked. There is NO CHARGE for entry of either challenge quilt item.

Publicity: Jeanie Low is the publicity chair for the coming quilt show. Show posters are printed and will be available for pick-up at the January meeting. You can place these in your favorite store windows or bulletin boards. Show postcards are also available for you to give to your friends.

Ribbons: Valerie Lynne is the chairperson in charge of creating our beautiful prize ribbons for the quilt show. Valerie requests that ALL  beading kits that have been checked out should be returned at the OCTOBER meeting, finished or not. valynne28@hotmail.com or click here.

Advance and Group Tickets will be available at all meetings. The regular entry price is $10. Advance tickets are $9 and a group of 10 or more will pay just $8 per ticket for the two-day show.
