Membership Application

Membership runs from the beginning of October to the end of September. Just fill out the form below, and pay via PayPal on the next screen. Forms must be in by the end of December for inclusion in the Directory that is published in January.

Rates are: Individual - $35, Senior/Junior/Student - $25, Newsletter Only - $10, Affiliate - $50.
After April, rates are pro-rated to the following:
        Individual - $17.50, Senior/Junior/Student - $12.50, Newsletter Only - $5, Affiliate - $25.
